We are always very excited to have a chance to meet new patients. At your first visit, we will help you get acquainted with our beautiful office and terrific staff. We also want to get to know more about you and any specific goals you may have. Please feel free to share any concerns you may have, and ask as many questions as you wish- after all, this is your smile we are talking about.
Once we have had a chance to get to know each other, photographs and x-rays will be taken, and Dr. Jaffe will meet with you to discuss the best time for treatment to begin, the details of any recommended treatment, and an estimate of the time needed to complete treatment. You will also have the opportunity to meet with Joyce, our treatment coordinator, to discuss administrative details such as office policy, cost, and insurance benefits.
Because we realize how busy the lives of our patients are, our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible at this first visit. Certain patients with particularly difficult problems and/or patients who require coordination of care among several dental specialists will require a separate consultation appointment before a treatment plan is finalized.
Please keep in mind that this visit is complimentary. Even if you are not sure that orthodontic treatment is right for you, we welcome the opportunity to get to know you, and discuss the possibilities.
